Terms of Service

Section 01 — Services

DEL Services, LLC provides closet installation, cabinetry, carpentry, and related handyman services to residential and commercial customers in the Northern Virginia area. Specific work, pricing, and scheduling are agreed in a written estimate for each job before work begins.

Section 02 — Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a contract on behalf of yourself, your household, or your business. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Section 03 — Your Responsibilities

When using our Site or services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information. Use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes. Not interfere with or disrupt the Site or our systems. Not use the Site to send unsolicited communications, spam, or fraudulent messages. Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Section 04 — Estimates and Payment

Requests submitted through the Site are requests for an estimate. They do not create a binding agreement for work.

Estimates are provided in writing and are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Work begins only after the estimate is accepted. Payment terms are specified in the written estimate for each job.

We may use third-party payment processors to handle billing. By providing payment information, you agree to the terms of those processors.

Section 05 — Scheduling and Access

Appointment times are estimates and may shift due to job conditions, weather, or supply availability. We will communicate changes as early as we are able. If we cannot access the work area at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Section 06 — Intellectual Property

The Site, including its content, branding, logos, and photographs, is owned by DEL Services, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our written permission.

Section 07 — Third-Party Services

Our Site and business operations rely on third-party platforms, including hosting, scheduling, messaging, and payment services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of those third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

Section 08 — Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, an estimate, or a guarantee of price, availability, or timeline. Any warranty on completed work is stated in the written estimate or invoice for that job and is not created by this Site.

Section 09 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEL Services, LLC, its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation applies to the Site only. Liability related to work performed is governed by the written estimate or invoice for that job.

Section 10 — Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DEL Services, LLC and its members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Section 11 — Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the City of Alexandria, Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Section 12 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
