Data Collection & SMS Terms

These terms explain how project requests, uploaded materials, and optional text-message communications are handled by PDL SERVICES LLC, doing business as DEL Services.

Project Requests

Submitting a form does not create a contract, guarantee availability, confirm pricing, or require DEL Services, LLC to accept a project. Project scope, scheduling, materials, pricing, and payment terms must be confirmed separately.

Information You Submit

You agree that information submitted through the form is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission to submit any photos, documents, addresses, phone numbers, or other information provided.

DEL Services may use submitted information to review your request, determine project fit, contact you, prepare estimates, schedule services, and maintain related business records.

Text-Message Program

The DEL Services project communication program may include messages related to project-request confirmation, questions about submitted information, estimate coordination, scheduling and appointment reminders, arrival or timing updates, and project or customer-service follow-up.

Message frequency varies based on your request and project activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel text messages. After an opt-out request, you may receive one non-promotional confirmation that the opt-out was processed.

Reply HELP for assistance or contact DEL Services using the information below.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Communication Authorization

By selecting text messaging and checking the SMS consent box, you authorize DEL Services, LLC to send project-related text messages to the number provided, which may include messages sent using automated communication technology.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and will notify DEL Services if the number changes.

Privacy and Sharing

Information is handled according to the DEL Services Privacy Policy.

Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

DEL Services may use operational service providers to host forms, store customer information, and facilitate communications on its behalf.

Uploaded Materials

You retain ownership of photos and documents you submit. You grant DEL Services permission to review and use those materials for evaluating, estimating, scheduling, and completing the requested work.

DEL Services will not publicly use submitted project photos for advertising without separate permission.

No Online Estimate Guarantee

Any preliminary information or range provided before an in-person or complete project review is informational and may change based on measurements, site conditions, materials, scope, and other relevant factors.

Changes

DEL Services may update these terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date.
